We specialize in virtual assistance for creatives and professionals and wedding planning for couples. We are here to help you from your device to ours. We are here to take the stress out of your day to do and/or your wedding planning. Think of me as your “Virtual Planning Assistant”!
2. What services do you offer as a virtual assistant for creatives and professionals?
Let’s chat about what you need! I am here to take the stress away from your day. I am able to offer estimate, contract and invoice creation and tracking, email management, calendar management, travel management, social media assistance, lead management, and so much more!
3. How does the process work?
Reach out via our inquiry form on our Contact Us page with some information about your needs or event. From there, we will reach out to you with more information and chat a little further to determine which package would be right for you.
4. What areas are you currently offering services in?
My services are available across the entire US. Remember, I’m doing the ground work for you – so I don’t need to be in the same state, city or time zone as you.
*I am only able to take clients with in the US.
5. Can you assist with the virtual design and layout of the wedding venue?
Yes! If you have a floor plan of your venue, we can work through a layout and design plan for you.
6. Do you offer any in-person services, such as site visits or coordination on the wedding day?
If you are located near the Raleigh, NC area (or surrounding areas), we can chat about how an in person meeting can work.
7. Can you provide references or examples of weddings you’ve planned virtually?
Yes! Please check out the testimonial tab for comments from past clients.
8. How far in advance should we start the virtual planning process?
Wedding venues typically book up 12-18 months in advance. Keep that in mind when you’re starting to plan! Especially since we are still working on getting through the COVID backlog of weddings, things are booking up quicker than normal. This will not be the norm forever.
*My BIGGEST tip is to not get attached to a specific date before you book a venue. 9 times out of 10, that date will be booked. Pick a month or season and see what is available from there.
